Please obey the rules or your be shown the RED CARD!!! Players maybe warned with a YELOW CARD but too many YELLOW CARDS and your be OFF!!!

Here is the rules and most the info you need about the Modem League If it helps then print the rules off. Save your fifa 99 options as instructed please.

1. The player playing at home will pay for the call to play the game. Each player will play each team two times a season, once at home and once away.

2. The home player of the game will have to ensure that he or she has the file named options.sav in their user file from which they have from the home page. This will ensure that they have the options that are requried such as weather random and the game length 4 minutes each way.

3. Absolutely no cheating will be permitted Its only a game if you loose tough luck. If the two players results don't match then I suggest that when the actual result appears on your screen you press the print screen button on your keyboard, then load the result in paint and when emailing the result sends it as proof of the victory.

4. If a player persists on trying to cheat in the game then simply report the player and he will be dealt with either by a warning or ejection from the game if the offence is serious and continuous.

5. Only players from London are eligible to play in the Modem League with telephone numbers starting with 0171 or 0181.

6. Players will not be aloud to change any of the team management or players the team management will be up to date when you recieve it from me. Players will have to reset this if this has occurs. This will make sure that no players have been transferred so they are not trying to make their team better.

7. If you have any downloads then please re-install the game as I don't know if downloads work and some may have some team changes and improvements of teams on them. So for the time being downloads are out.

8. Once a player has downloaded the 4 files from the home page put them in the fifa 99 user folder in your game directory. This will give you up to date transfers such as Suker to Arsenal, Anelka to Real Madrid, Ince to Middlesborough, Ziege to Midlesborough, Hamman to Liverpool etc...

9. I am willing to investigate any complaints to ensure high standards, However my decision is final.
